the icc profile was made for me , the guy i bought it from sent me the icc profile via email (barry) he is on this forum too

i just right clicked and installed

not really sure what to do after that but he talked me through it and once i had done all of what he said , the printer didnt print as good

or maybe i clicked a setting that i shouldnt have

let start from the beginning. so you have someone else profile... This probably wont work but yo can try, it wont hurt
What graphic package you using for your printing? After you install icc you wont see anything special. profile will be copied to system folder in windows. all this in background so you wont see it.

it depend what software you using your icc profile should show up in the color managment bit of your graphic package.

The profile which went with the printer was obtained from www.pureprofiles.com (sorry Paul - I went to the competition!). The profile was made for the S21 using the Rotech inks on TruPix paper.

Sorry but I don't know Corel Draw - I was using this setup with PhotoShop.

Have you been through all the setup checks from the start?
