If you're selling an egg with the mug, isn't that classed as selling food? Are there any legalities or regulations that must be followed when you sell food?

Just wondering...

Or, are you selling the mug, and the egg is given away free?

Hi All, Just another thought I used in the past coloured cellufane from Lakeland (sold for the use of toffee apples), not sure if these would be to expensive but they came with a coloured tie wrap.
