It looks like one of the older A3 Oki printers, the newer ones are of a different design. I also believe that it is only the driver settings that have been altered to include the different transfer paper types. These settings already exist in the original driver under the likes of "Glossy" "Heavy Paper" etc.
The real advantage with the Oki is the paper handling, especially the straight through feed
Looking at the Printerbase site their A3 Oki's start at £575 after £100 cash back.

Conde are claiming to have improved the paper feed system to handle transfer papers. But i didn't think that was a big issue with laser printers?

The paper feed has always been fine on laser printers - its the fuser unit where the problems arose. It's either too hot and melts onto the fuser unit, or too cold and it doesn't dry/key properly onto the transfer - that's where the driver tweeks came in.
