You say 'probably' says something like this.....Where did you get this information from?
Oh, I just quoted from the SLA of a UK host that offers cloud hosting and claims 100% uptime using the words that you quoted - i.e. http://www.eukhost.com/sla.php
BTW, has anything changed since you moved hosts? I'm not receiving any email notifications anymore. Everything was fine until yesterday.
