i have taken a steak back to tesco, 2 in a pack one was fine the other was like a bit of carpet, i wrapped it up, and took it back, got a complete refund on the cost of the 2 steaks - i said i was happy with 1/2 money, and a free replacement pack of steak ( i did point out that the bit i had taken back looked more like stewing steak than rump steak)

I had a customer complain because they didnt like the photo i used on a mug , i asked is it the quality of the picture .... no, were the colours wrong ..... no, so what exactly is the problem with the picture " he replied i just dont like the picture you have used (it was a pic of his horse) but sir i said you provided the Photo i cant help it if you dont like your own choice of Photo.
Another one i printed a canvas the picture was of the customers wife. He said i used the wrong picture i asked how thats possible he insisted i used the wrong picture after explaining to him that i dont keep a library of pictures of his wife so again how is it possible i used the wrong picture i used the picture provided he thought about it for a second and left looking a bit embarressed

Nowt stranger than folk hey.
By the way Laura, re the steak you did take some of it back which is reasonable, not give them as a present to your in laws and go back with the minutest peice of fat as evidence. Thats fair
