It would fade John if it were in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. I guess it should be okay in the UK then

my aluminium with picture of my daughter is on the window. over 3 months now and I can not see any diferents in colours.

it is inside but in the direct sunlight
other stickers i've had have only lasted a few months due to the sunlight
so that rules that one out then lol
back to can anyone print wide or long vinyl please

I have my house name and number on subbed aluminum plate attached to the wall at the bottom of my drive (black lettering on pale blue background).
Its been there for about 3 years now and still looks good.

I see this happen with a few of our products we print...... sometimes fading takes place externally and sometimes it doesn't. Not just sublimation. Never actually worked out why some don't get affected even though they seem to get the same exposure. We have seen quite a few items in cars so obviously don't know where they park all day but we occasionally see a sign very faded and it looks awful yet others seem to last the test of time. Not a clue why as they were all printed the same way.
