Jenny & Paul, if all else fails you can get in touch with them on here as Nicci is a member of the forum. Her addy on here is sublimetals_nicci
Thanks for that I've sent a email and will try Monday I think their site is the only one that does the jewellery. I expect they just forgot to put on the answering machine, its not the end of the world just annoying. I'm over it, I only phoned to see if metal for the cuff-links, ect was for sublimation and did they have templates if it was. If it is it would solve my problem. and it look good and did the overall product had a reasonable finished look to it, it hard to tell how well its put together by the photo. Thanks for that (the c...k remark did make me laugh) I'm still chuckling about it now. It could have been the case & not always easy running a business from your home with 2 very small children to look after.jennywren;27459 wrote:I expect they just forgot to put on the answering machine
I know this IanIan M;27473 wrote:With respect Paul they are using technology which we all know can go wrong at times.
A couple of weeks ago I needed to order a few things off them & I did what I always do & sent an email for my order & that was on a Sunday evening. Tuesday morning the parcel arrived, now that is what I call service.
There was a problem with the sublimetals website a few days ago, and there was a notice on the home page that something was being done to it & it may go weird for a while (or words to that description) - all looks OK now to me as far as I can see. I've just clicked through quite a few products & it looks like it's all working now.Paul;27361 wrote:I had similar problem. I writed long ish msg and after i press "send" it when nowhere as error page showed up
but luckly they did recieved!! And I had quick answer.
I also tryd to order few thing last night but web site is useless I must say as some of they stuff had bad description, some wrong pictures of wrong stuff and someof them has no prices!!!
