what's the scale of the design? left breast or full chest?
personally I would redraw the design to get sharp vectors, create a bleed with the yellow and press yellow down first and then add the black detail, I find this always gives the best finish..

too true John ................... sublimation is great and I'm not knocking it but if you can do a vinyl cut with smooth lines, and perhaps multi layer it looks far superior!
