lol. I remember post about those mugs but can remember prices lol. Regards to press i own those all in one so i can do plates. Just wonder if i could get descent, sharp image on them...

thanks i think if somone is planing to do those mugs it would be worth it to get this sample pack as in price of delivery is already included insert tool for mugs whitch will cost you £15 any way...

I have seen the video's on YouTube from Conde systems pressing the poly products they come out just as good as ceramics.... although its getting the buyer to part with the extra bit of money to cover cost's... you will really have to target the kids / school / outdoor market for these products... I think if you can get your prices right you should be able to do a good trade... plus it should make delivery cheaper as I imagine they dont weight much at all...

i got 50 poly mugs here but there no good if you dont have a insert contact Novachrome and ask them and they got ther own inserts but they are wooden well fabricated as well print nice as well

Are you looking at getting the jigsaws in Martin? I don't know but the idea of having an image on both sides seems very appealing (price dependant of course).

No plans for double sided jigsaws just yet. We already have a range of jigsaws which we source from a couple of places so no plans to increase the range for the moment.

Plates are getting worse in this country. The last pack of ceramic ones I bought seem like they're c-grade ones with marks, blemishes, and other general grubbiness under the coating. I'm going to have to stop doing them and inform my customers that the reason is lack of support from UK suppliers, as I had to with colour-change WOW mugs.

What problem did you have with the WOW mugs? The main issue we find is the coating is softer so you need to use less heat..... which results in print issues. It's hard to get the balance right.

It's the bottom rim of the mugs (the bit that sits on the table). They're often scratched, scruffy, rough, and generally shoddy. I've tried several different suppliers and, while some are marginally better than others, I inevitably ended up having to put a third to two thirds of each box in my "b-grade" pile. B-grade ones don't sell, so clearly people don't want scruffy-looking mugs.

After months of wasting money buying from several suppliers, I realised I was just paying for the same rubbish from different people. The only one losing out was me, so I ultimately decided to give up on them.
