Forget the signworldz one, that's not what you need.
Bear in mind the size and how many mugs you can cook.
Received my BC01 yesterday and have just set it up.. have a few mugs in there now at 200 degrees [emoji1695]
As for the manual… [emoji533][emoji51]

What does your thermometer say at that setting? Mines way higher [emoji28] did a gun test on a mug and it said 200 degrees, granted I didn’t check if the preheat light was off

Never checked it. I warm it to that temp and stick the mugs in, perfect consistency every time.

Having just cooked my first set of 8 mugs, I’ve noticed an inconsistency in identical designs, both printed on the same sheet and cooked in the oven at the same time. Could this be overcooking? The right mug is noticeably more ‘faded’ and blacks not as deep. I upped the temp by around 5/10 degrees and had the same results again

Adding a couple of minutes may help but I can't see a logical explanation as to why these would be different. What mugs are you using and what type of wraps?

When upping temp a notch, this design ended up quite brown (right) compared to the previous cook (left) so I’m thinking maybe I need to drop the temp down and time up a touch. I’m using signsworld mugs (have always been great) and green wraps

Yes, I wouldn't be upping the temp. When my unit was particularly cold I upped to 22 mins and it had no adverse effect.
