New profile received from Ink Experts today. Perfect clear colours first time. Really can't praise them enough!

So what did Ink Express say about their profile and what support did they offer? Not a cheap printer and should have been sorted out for you.

Advised print nozzle check, check profile settings and time/temp settings and check for layers in the document. I am just relieved to have it working - I wasn't expecting to get as close match to the screen as I have now!

Ink Experts certainly know what they are doing when it comes to small format sublimation printers.

We've just bought one of these from Ink Express and are having the same issues with the two icc profiles provided. Please can I ask how you went about getting a profile from Ink Experts? Did you just send them an email?
Our old 2711 is from Ink Experts and the colours have always been awesome, so it was a shock to go from a 4 colour printer to a 6 colour printer and get worse results lol.

I purchased the ink set and that came with the icc profile. I really need to feedback to ink express again as there is clearly an issue with the profile that's being provided.
