Re: SG1000 - Colour problems - Help Please
Let me guess, we've sold thousands of these and never get any issues.
How long ago did you buy it? You have the right to some basic support here. It sounds highly like it could just be a profile issue but there's no easy way for us to know with the lousy Print manager software.

Sorry, I posted as you sent that last response. OK, I'd be speaking to Transfer Press and telling them Sawgrass have no interest. If that's the case I'd personally want my money back. Buy a tried and tested Epson machine with Sublinova inks, save yourself a fortune and get first class support elsewhere.
Please speak to Transfer Press, let them know you're discussing here and then update us with their advice on what to do.
If anyone else is reading that that is also tied into the Sawgrass print manager please step in.....

If you need A3 you're a little limited. 1500w can still be sourced but getting like hens teeth. L1800 is basically the 1500 with bulk ink built in, prices have gone up as every man and his dog using them for DTG but they are still available. Epson have just released a new A3. Ink Experts currently have this in test and it's so far proving very good by all accounts, this won't be available until tests are completed in 2/3 months I believe.
These all use the Sublinova inks, far cheaper and have been tried and tested. If you can manage with an A4 machine costs fall dramatically. You're going to 4 colour (all above are 6) but if this works for you there are options. Print quality will still beat the Sawgrass every time.

I have contacted them for recommendations. I have an old Ricoh which stopped working when I had a software update. I have put a separate ticked into Sawgrass and that is moving at snails pace
I always used to think Sawgrass gave a good service but this is dreadful, I am so disappointed.

Problem is we launched a new range of bags which requires A3 printing plus a few other products.

Understood, I'd always go for at least 6 colours anyway. See what Ink Experts have available
