I put 16 mugs on 170C 22minutes and couple was bit faded. so I presume I will need to vrank up the time a bit for 16 mugs.

Depnds on the fade fella, it could be that those wraps are just too stretched.couple was bit faded
Personally I would up the temp by about 5 degrees, which on these machines is technically known as "a smidge of a rotate" and perhaps add another minute ish.

I ran into trouble with fading at the beginning when I tried cramming in 18 onto the two shelves. Give them some space for the air to flow. Get yourself a thermometer to make sure that the oven has come up to temperature.
