I've used the PVC cards below for sublimation, several hundreds
Printed both sides, they do bend and need to be weighted down after subbing, (and smell terrible)

I've probably got a few left over if you want some samples to try out, just let me know

Regarding subbing onto 760mic PVC cards, what time / temp / pressure settings would you recommend?

HiBaldy,

I've just looked it up,170C for 20 sec, heavy weight after printing, when cool I printed the other side. I don't remenber the pressure, I've dated it just over 2 years ago. I had 6 or 8, which ever is the maximum, taped to an A4 sheet with teflon sheet covering them.

I've probably got a few left some where if you want half a dozen samples

Thanks for the info Kevin. - Less than I expected to be honest as I currrently do 0.2mm flexi plastic cards at 190c for 50s...so glad I asked:+)
Thanks too for the sample offer, although there should be 100 landing today...and if I don't get any joy, I can always use them for foil stamping jobs.

Would one of you be kind enough to post an image of a pressed card?

I thought about making some myself but my experience with the thin plastics wasn’t great.

This is one of the 0.2mm flexi ones we had a play with - available from TTP (https://www.thetransferpress.co.uk/plas ... 2x32864199).
No subbed 760mic cards to photograph...yet

Good vibrant prints...and no need to weight down after pressing either.
No subbed 760mic (credit card thickness) cards to photograph...yet

Even better they are on my doorstep. Only 5mins away from me
I’ll have to grab some Monday these will be great for promotional use.

Can I ask where you get your clips and the punch to make the holes?

I did spot your location and wonder if you were close.
Regarding the bits...
The clips came from ebay, although I suspect the seller made an error on the pricing as they're now charging about 10x the price I paid. - Plenty of choice from other sellers though:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from ... s&_sacat=0

- I have also since found clips on the ID Card Centre website (https://www.idcardcentre.co.uk/search?s ... 0Fastening)

As for the punch, another ebay purchase.

13x3mm hole. Works with the thicker 760mic cards too.
