Reanimating this oldish thread. This last week I have received emails yet again, from virtually all my suppliers advising me of price changes. Next change date will be the 22nd November. Its getting a bit ridiculous as I will give customers a price and a few weeks later the cost price has gone up Again. Im now building in a slightly higher price just in case the cost goes up.

Spot on Earl! It seems everywhere here in the UK are planning price rises for the new year, especially those on the cardboard side of things.

Nearly all of the UK suppliers have stopped printing catalogues with prices in them.
I can swallow the rises on small quantities because I price anything less than 10 garments at retail price + printing.
On volume pricing it is getting hard. On 400 t-shirts I only mark the garments up by a small amount (and earn on the printing). Having to check prices before quoting is a real pain. I am getting fed up with re-pricing the website.
