Apparently xpres have changed their mug manufacturer recently due to issues with previous supplier. Will try and dig out more. Out of interest have the recent xpres price hikes on their mugs put you off buying, meant you upped your prices or you taking the hit? We are taking hit but might move to their production mugs instead.

I wasn't aware of either so I've dropped them an email for an update and will posts agin when I hear back.

Response from Xpres....

"The XP5013 mugs are still from the same factory in Thailand, nothing has changed on those mugs and they remain our most popular mug by far."

Whats the difference on the production mugs may I ask?

I will find out more info on the change of mug supplier as "my contact" told me about their price hike two months before they did it so perhaps they have higher-up insight into things. Xpres do not advertise it but they sell 11oz "production" mugs by the pallet. Most companies larger than us tend to buy pallets of these from them and I'm getting some samples sent to me so will let you know.
