Please note that they've got phone number and link to their website on ebay listing. This is called cheap advert on ebay :D If you would be a customer you would check the link where everything is cheaper and bought direct from website.
unfortunately if ebay staff will find it, they'll remove that listing. You can give phone number or email but you're not allowed to link from ebay to any online sales website.
So the smartest move is to include on your ebay listing:
- phone number
- alternative email address which is including your website domain, i.e. sales@xpres.co.uk
- your logo (graphic) which can include your web address

I don't think you're right here. you just can't link ebay shop with other online shop. and that's it. no one can't tell you what price you have to sell for

I've heard there's a clause in Amazon that you can't sell the same item cheaper on you own website but I don't think ebay have anything like that - no linking to selling websites though!

can't be true mate. I know that there are as big names trading on amazon as i.e. virgin records. and honest, my friend is trading music cds and vinyls and sometimes he's buying cds from them much cheaper then in their stores !! sometimes like 0.99 or less!!!

All of the prices on my own web sites are slightly cheaper than on my eBay shop to give encouragement to customers to shop on their instead. I must admit I do find it strange when I've gone from eBay traders shops to their own sites and found the prices more expensive.
