We are due a pallet from them today (ordered 27th Nov) so they have stock in now. There is probably a backlog of orders to process. It took us a few attempts to get in touch with them.

How did you manage to get in touch? I am pretty sure their phone is disconnected / off the hook rather than actually busy.

Mine was due yesterday but nothing turned up, did you get any sort of tracking confirmation?

Update, had an email to say it's out for delivery today after hassling. (Which I feel bad doing).

I placed it via their site on the 1st I think it was (start of last week)

It arrived yesterday, delivery guy was a nice helpful bloke.

Happy with the products but was just a bit worried when I didnt hear anything when I desperately needed them.

Yeah, they replied quickly to my email today. But was given a date of January.
