I'd recommend getting a known brand ink available from many suppliers, so you always have choice of where to buy it from.

InkTec - plenty of suppliers both with their own websites, and selling through marketplaces - so there should always be availability.
Equally, plenty of happy users.

I have seen somewhere a cost calculator for sublimation.
I can’t find it again for love or money but it factored in the ink and paper and gave a rough cost for each different type of print.
