What kind of electric oven are you talking about? Don't use the same oven you cook food in. You'll need a dedicated oven, or a halogen oven, many details of which can be found in other forum threads.
If your oven has a fan then use it, to more evenly distribute the heat.

This thread should cover everything you need to know.

Thanks for pointing that out. First time that's been mentioned while I've been looking into the mug idea...I'm guessing something to do with the ink fumes maybe? - I rarely use the oven to be honest...but I suspect the Mrs would have something to say.
At the moment, and as nice as they are, the Blizzard ovens just aren't an option right now.
Although I have seen folk have success with the convection air fryer jobbies like this and debating whether to give it a go.

Anyone attempted this method?

That's the plan, although need to make sure I win the lottery, or at least have some form of income, whether that be doing print/foiling/remote web work or as an employee somewhere - otherwise I'd already be there:+)
I've been stuck in the city for too many years now and love nothing more than getting away from it all. The quality of life up there looks to be a lot better than down here...especially with all the youngsters and their willingness to stab each other over nothing. Getting too old for all that shit:redface:

You really need to use the Search button as all of this has been discussed before!
Try these two threads for starters ...

https://www.dyesubforum.co.uk/vbforum/s ... logen+oven
Hope that helps.

Thanks for that webtrekker. Helped a treat.

I did use the search although I suspect I wasn't using the correct wording to return the correct results.
There's a halogen cooker on it's way so fingers crossed that I don't waste too many mugs:+)
