Yeah the one we used before is Westford Mills but slightly too small and not the best tbh. I've asked Xpres if they can send me a sample of their bag. Using the TTC would let me use a better/cheaper material I guess.

What size is the A4XL? Just need to check with customer, the designs can be done to any template size I give them so A4 would be ok, I just thought it would look a little small on the bag.

I agree about the promo shoppers from any supplier. Much lower grade product with lots of imperfections - OK for massive screen print runs at a budget price but no good for anything else.

BTCs' own brand 'Jassz' are as good as the Westford Mill ones but about 20p cheaper. Similar range of colours.
