The big one is the all over print t-shirts which still have good profit margins because not many are offering that type of t-shirt at the moment. Printful uses the print , cut and stitch method so it should be good finished product. They also only use good quality branded t-shirts such as Gildan and American Apparel so the quality should be there.
But...
It says 'ships to the UK in 5 - 20 days after fulfillment!' I don't think many customers would be happy with waiting up to 3 weeks or more for their order. This could be a deal-breaker for me.

The shipping on my site shows up as international economy with delivery between 5 and 10 business days £2.82 for the all over print.
Doesn't seem to be to much of an issue as I only put the designs on my site 4 days ago and just taken the 3rd order. I've done no marketing yet or sent them to instagram influencers on my list.
I have to order one for myself and check the quality and the speed of delivery before I start marketing. I don't think people would be too put off because of the price point. If you're going to spend £43 on a t-shirt you are not going to worry how long it takes to arrive within reason.
I find the people who spend £5 on a t-shirt are more prone to demand the impossible.
