Thanks webtrekker for the info. The only problem is it could work out expensive as I would have to order the min quantity of vinyls and work that cost into the total order.

Yes, this is what happens when you try to be all things to everyone. It's much better to accept your limitations and inform customers of thrm before they place an order. Many people don't even know of the issues you face until you tell them. Even if it means refusing some orders that's preferable to struggling to make them with lack of proper equipment and escalating costs.

Ignoring the Trademark issue ;-)

You have three options...

Ink Jet opaque which is printed then cut out using something like a Cameo. This is generally considered the "worst" type of dark garment transfer.

Laser printed Forever or Wow transfers. You will need a laser printer, and a superb heat press to do these. The system works very well and is a really good entry level system

Print n Cut using something like a Versacamm. This is one of the better options, but as you do not have a VS you will need to contract it out. Cost for a one off transfer is likely to be £3-5 depending on size and delivery options.

Direct to garment. Again, you can contract this out and price is likely to be around £6-8 trade including the garment

Sorry to ask but isn't the Versacmm a ink jet printer or does it use a different ink.
