Try dunking in fairly warm water, with the wrap still taped to the mug, immediately after pressing. This kills the sublimation process before it can blur your prints. I get very sharp results using this method.

the text is blurred as soon you take the mug out of the press

1. Cooking to long or to high temperature
2. Try to press them more slightly

What size mugs are you pressing?
I had a problem with 10oz mugs in a press with an 11oz blanket. The press closed up tightly against the handle but, when viewed from the top or bottom of the mug, I could see it wasn't clamping the mug body and wrap as tightly as it should. Obviously, I couldn't increase the pressure any more. The best solution is to make sure the mug blanket fits the size of the mug being pressed, but a possible work-around for mugs slightly smaller than the blanket is to use a thin silicone sheet around the mug to help increase the pressure.
