Also is there any way of doing the printing on mugs and water bottles without sublimation ink and a sub printer.
You could use a laser printer and laser paper such as CPM6.2. You'll need a laser printer that will handle the CPM papers (around £495 +vat from The Magic Touch) and the papers are around £50 +vat on 100 sheets of A4. The finish isn't anything like as good as sublimation though.

I doubt you'd get a B40W and refill carts for £50 +£14. The printer alone is more than that. You could try Amazon for the printer by itself.

I have an S21 on test and it's working a treat, not a supported printer though so you're on your own for a profile. You may find one of the Sawgrass profiles would work ok with it, D88/D120 etc. but tbh I'd pay the extra at the stage you're at and get a supported printer, get you up and running quickly....and making money!

So the B40w would come with a profile.. then just buy empty refillable cartridges...as i have sublimation ink already
I have some mugs to do for someone but printer gone...arrghghhhh

You can download the profiles for supported printers from the Sawgrass site along with config. for the printer settings and also settings for software, i.e. Corel etc.
