You need to obtain the correct colour profile from your ink supplier, or have one specially made, otherwise you are just taking stabs in the dark and will end up wasting a lot of time and materials.
All reputable ink suppliers should be able to email you the correct ICC profile for your setup. You really need to get this sorted before even thinking of going into production. Paul, the Moderator, makes ICC profiles for a small fee if you cannot obtain one elsewhere. It's a specialised job requiring special equipment.
