Looks like Sunday was a good idea after all Great to see so many members will be there and visiting the stand. I'm travelling down Sunday to be at the show Monday/Tuesday but hope to see a few of you there.

We went yesterday (Sunday), arrived at the stand during our travels at about 3pm. We were talking to one of their guys about the mugs that they had on display, when he launched into the "our coating is the best, it's been independently tested..."

He rather took exception to being reminded about the RN coating, and the fact that in the literature that we'd seen it had been omitted. He became somewhat cross and I'd say aggressive, although he did relax a bit before we left their stand.

So, we decided not to return at 4 .

I've always assumed I'd be bored by these shows, so never bothered going. Much rather go to the shows where we see what other companies are actually using the products for to sell to wholesale channels or the public - often get to see blanks that they've sourced direct from China not available through UK suppliers, or innovative ways of using blanks etc, or just some really good design work.
