I am printing through Photoshop. As I say, it worked fine, left the machine for 15 mins, and now it can't print.
I woke the machine up with the Power button in the usual way, but the machine and the printer do not seem to be communicating even though the set up has not changed.

I thought Sedgewick said it was connected by cable and not wi-fi? Why should an IP address matter? I connect my Ricoh through a usb cable and never had to set any Ip's.

Yes, it's connected by cable.
Thanks everyone for your help. I feel like I should wait until Monday and talk to Sawgrass. I may make things worse if I tinker with it myself. Right now I know things are set up right, as they worked like this earlier yesterday.
Anyway, thanks all.

could a simple "turn it off and then on again" do the trick.
