I would set them a deadline to give you a satisfactory resolution for your faulty goods.
I don't have time today, sorry, to go into more detail, but you should be covered as a 'consumer' as most business to business transactions still apply.
The goods must be fit for purpose and they should be paying for the return of the goods. How much damage has this done would be my main concern.
