You should have both trading name and integration name completed and I believe they should be different names.
They are all filled in and different, I even changed the integration name but the channel icon isn't changing to the WooCommerce one (as per Royal Mail's guide).

As a last resort, I checked if WordPress had a click and drop plugin that would handle the integration with Royal Mail. It seems the click & drop site is the only way.

Maybe it's time to give a technical person in Royal Mail a call, or maybe there's e-mail support. I'll be damned if I can find the right details!

In other news, they are now almost finished setting up the Etsy integration, which should be live in next couple of weeks.
We began the beta test today, and both our Etsy stores are now linked up and pulling through orders.

Is there any information anywhere in regards to OBA being fazed out completely, we have a system in place across a few brands that is easier for us to use OBA going forward. Heard nothing as yet from RM whether they are getting rid in favour of click and drop.

OBA scheduled to end in March, whether that happens or not is another story.
It is a different workflow from OBA, so took us a bit of adjustment, but there are definitely advantages to switching - so some aspects save time, and other use more time, in our experience it balances out.

Good news that Etsy is being integrated with C & D. Such a pain doing it manually
