While I agree that Gildan won't like their brand being used to rip people off, the images are allowed to be used iirc. Ralawise actually supply their customers with all the images, and website data to use on your own website.
Correct but there is always a caveat...

As with all copyright free images, the use is still restricted and the ultimate owner has the right to operate a cease and desist even if their terms state "use it how you want". In this instance, although Ralawise make the images freely available their terms will state something along the lines of they reserve the right to withdraw the license. It may even go to say something like "evidence or suggestion of criminal activity"

So while a legit business can use images without any issues, a site such as the one discussed can not if the ultimate owner decides.

Just a little update:
My wife turned detective yesterday and found the directors home address. She was also able to find another business address and a telephone number. Armed with this information, I called them this morning and within 30 mins I was given a full refund into my account. I will learn from this experience and be very cautious when ordering online again.

Yeah I'm glad too (I'm still in her bad books though) ive done further research and found others that haven't been so lucky in getting their money back, I might contact them and share the information.
