No problems cause here Ventmore....I was interested in the 'photog' reference as a matter of learning something which is usually a good thing to do.

Agreed on the learning......I've probably learned more in forums over the years than anywhere else.
The delivery guy dropped off the new printer just 10 mins ago. Credit to Photomart for arranging the exchange so quickly.

Just to update:
After giving it some time to acclimatise, we've just set up the new printer. The quality of the prints is superb with zero banding.

Good to read it's sorted. 'Banding can seriously damage your wealth'. Now there's a tag line for you....LOL
