If anyone thinks they have proof and are going to try and connect companies then it needs to he on a separate thread. Just keep this one on the direct to consumer sellers so it stays around. No need to force Justin's hand.

OK, so here's the original post, minus the sublimation supplier connection:

Stolen Designs

I caught these guys purchasing my mugs, photographing the designs and printing them onto mugs. They steal everyone's product images, hijack Amazon listings and will even use your own trademark to sell your own designs.

Take a look through these two sites, if you sell something similar, it's very possible your design was taken from a purchase they made from your online website.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?_encoding=U ... asStoreID=

https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?_encoding=U ... asStoreID=

https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?_encoding=U ... asStoreID=

Search your email for these postcodes and email addresses, they will also use fake names for the purchase:

GBP International
Unit 4 Mirage Centre,
First Way,
Wembley,
HA9 0JD

DAVIS PETE
20 SUNNYDENE LODGE
Sunnydene Gardens
WEMBLEY
HA0 1AT

GBPI LIMITED
786 HARROW ROAD,
WEMBLEY,
MIDDLESEX,
HA0 3EL

Hiros Ltd
Unit 4
The Mirage Centre
First Way
WEMBLEY
HA9 0JD

7-8 RITZ PARADE
LONDON
W5 3RA

86-88 SOUTH EALING ROAD
LONDON
W5 4QB

bhargavbloomus@gmail.com

According to Companies House, the business is run by Mr Bhargav Jayendrabhai Patel and Ms Tejal Patel and use the following business names although it is a family-run empire. Their eBay shops vanished after I called them out before for selling alleged counterfeit Disney mugs.

Hiros Ltd , ONE SHOP, GBP International, VEWOW, DOBOPRODUCTS

If your listing has been hijacked on Amazon, the customer will receive a very poorly printed item and reviews state that the item doesn't look like the advertised picture. I've made test purchases from these companies and they all come back with the same Wembley postcode.

If you run an online store, keep a close eye on HA postcodes in your orders because your best sellers and newly posted items will be targeted. I believe this may have been going on for many years with counterfeits being sold in the adjacent huge Wembley Market, but I've yet to delve to my old books to find those names and addresses.

Don't forget that the images you post online to Amazon or elsewhere are your copyright and legal action can be taken without the need for expensive solicitors. You can also have the images removed from Amazon and you can remove sellers from selling your copyrighted products. Anyone affected is free to pm me.

It doesn't stop there. I've just sent Amazon UK a legal letter for selling a product using my stolen artwork. Who is printing it for them?

EDIT:

I've added DOBOPRODUCTS as this business has at least three accounts on Amazon selling the same mugs and coasters etc. Cheers bigj for the heads up.

Well it a china company gary, as the one i bought to sample to about 7 days to get here....So it safe to say, they took the offer from there supplier who they buy there there trade stuff from, just like the offer i got from our old sub trade supplier in shenzen, china.

nothing wrong in that,if thats the way they work, but it it leaves quality control to someone getting peanuts ( literally ) for pay per day, and they aint gonna give a toss what it looks like, or packaged like...

Like i said, all its gonna do is drive away punters from buying on amazon, cause they have to wait to long to get it, and the quality is crap....no bloody sense in this at all m8..NONE !.

believe it or not, ebay is actually making a comeback - we dont have much on there, but get sales...if we could get the 2500 listings we have on amazon onto ebay, i,m sure sales would be real good.....we just cant be assed listing 2500 products without spread sheet...yeh yeh, ebay have file exchange, but it sucks....big time !...so its the long way to list...bugger that

Funny you should say that.

Here's one I prepared earlier from eBay before they ran scared and closed their shops after the last forum post. However the internet never forgets. The email address is linked to Hiros Ltd and GBPI.

Gary, that link you gave lead to a listing with their VAT number. Doing a Google Images search on that number is very interesting - https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=vat+n ... 20&bih=452

ok, henry aint nickin anyones images but - ffs >>>
why do sub suppliers have to be greedy b*******...why ?

esp when other people are buying there sub trade products to MAKE A LIVING, on the same dam sites, they sell there printed stuff way cheaper than anyone can, cause they import in bulk.
yeh we all knew he printed as well as sold to trade, but on the same dam sites, probably HIS OWN PUNTERS are trying to earn a living????

oh and i aint one of his customers for blanks, but this is just a big kick in the nuts to any of his punters that he sells trade sub supplies to

At least they are not hiding the fact lime the other supplier. They are upfront so you have a choice whether you are happy with that or not. All of them Wembley based accounts that might or might not be linked to and active supplier are a different level.
