I am a novice to the printing side of things, for some odd reason the mode options are not available for me on the quality tab I am unsure why.

Try changing the Media Type to "Clear film adhesive" then change the print quality to draft and then back to Standard.

Are you using VersaWorks Dual or the older VersaWorks ?

I believe I have the older version even though I only purchased this printer last year brand new. How do I get hold of versa works dual?

Focus1, if you are stillusing the older version of Versaworks there are two things you have to do...

Firstly the colour in your original file must be set to the Roland White in their colour palette. You do this by installing the Roland Palette into your specified program (Illustrator or Coreldraw) and then selecting as you would any other colour. Secondly and as Ricky says, you need to select a clear substrate, such as clear film adhesive. Versaworks decided no one would want to print white on a white substrate so removed that option for you.

I am sure Ricky's way in Versa Dual will work as he knows a lot more about it than me
