I use the sublimetals white aluminium and always give the panel a quick polish using a microfiber cloth after removing the protective film as it seems to help reduce the marbling or water drop effect.
Not sure if it is the tack from the film that gives that effect but a quick polish does help reduce if not eliminate the effect.

The ultra-glossy does have a noticeably glossier surface than the one classed as 'white.' It's almost mirror-like and worth ordering a sheet or two to see the difference. Sublimetals also sell plastic and card stands for the sheets to make them free-standing.
Yes, i ran off a print and seems that i will have round 2 mm to pay with which is more than enough.

Does anyone use them in photo frames?
