Thanks chaps, will give those methods a go and see what works for us. I've moaned about the dust and wiping on here before, worse on the placemats though.

New version of the Unisub 90m x 90mm 6 coaster jig hits the UK 5th Jan or thereabouts. http://www.xpres.co.uk/p-9339-unisub-co ... xpres.aspx

I go through 20 boxes of Unisub coasters a week and found a lot of them to be full of dirt or condensation / residue. I always wipe the coaster with the back of my hand once before applying to paper, any with condensation i usually have to spray with cleaner and a cloth afterwards.

Whilst on the topic, do any of you end up with the white pinhole dots after printing?

Sometimes we get dust specs on full colour ones, which is annoying. But, our fault more than that coasters themselves.

Yep it's always the full colour coasters that cause the dramas, need to make sure i wipe them down properly from now on.

20 boxes a week is great though, Nick. That through eBay and Amazon etc?

Cheers! No ebay or Amazon... Started off doing craft fairs and was approached by a couple of artists to supply their coasters. It has turned into coaster madness and am being contacted by someone new every week now! Had to give up the craft fairs and corporate events as i could manage them with the printing and my full time job!
