While running my shop and the embroidery machines I managed 46 in two hours . That was with two presses and on a Friday.

Really it depends on the amount of presses, the time to press, and how many people you have to stick the transfers on and put them in the presses - You should be able to get quite a lot done, and the suggestions other people have said above seem pretty accurate.
