And our place is about 12 foot wide and 14ft long.
Yes we built the racks from MDF

Some are single and some are double depth.

I will draw up a set of plans if you like

Paul,
if you wouldn't mind sharing the plans for the rack that would be great. We are slowly getting our space organised and are now in the situation of having everything arranged except for the vinyl storage. At the moment we have commandeered usage of half our linen cupboard for it (coolest and light stable room in the house - we are in Australia and the afternoon sun is a killer! It is nothing for our home office to get to 40+ degrees (104) in the summer).

i will also post pics up of our space when I get a chance over the weekend.

I think I work on profit per square foot rather than per hour. I only print 'higher' value small products for my limited space. No chance of large format anything in my place!

I must get some photos when the Christmas madness ends.

Wow - there's some really awesome work-spaces here. Makes mine seem a bit amateur, but hey - happy to share anyway.

This is my little garden office I built a couple of years ago.
I'm pretty happy in there and love that I don't have to travel to work BUT I'm so short on space that it's really tough to order in bulk or add new product lines.
I'll be putting up some more shelving in the new year and may have to get an extra shed or something.

On the bright side, I have a great View...

Wow. Looks really cool. Im looking at getting something built to use just as storage then use the full extension for production area.

with just 22m2 at retail we have had to be quite creative in our use of space.
here we have 3 600mm cutters, 3 mug presses, 2 adkins beta, 1 hat press, 1 A4 sub printer, 2 a4 laser, a DC12, at 15 needle embroidery machine, 5 PC's, and a partridge in a pear tree!
