One thought on the forms (booking form and contact form), though. If the visitor uses NoScript on their browser, they have to allow both envirodelivery.co.uk (which they will do) and jotform.com (which they may not want to allow because it's an unknown site).

If they just allow envirodelivery.co.uk the forms do not show up on the pages and it may not occur to the visitor why this is.

Can't you host the forms on the same site as the rest of your pages? I, for one, would be very wary of my details going via a third-party website so I can only think that you may lose potential customers this way.

can you not put bicycle wheels on the site somewhere ?? perhaps use little bikes for the tabs - it took me quite a read to work out what you actually did, when i read the about us bit - i was thinking motorbike - perhaps a slogan relating to your bikes - or a photo of one of your couriers
