I did have the gel ink in the printer!i was thinking at that but I reset the printer and I did flushed ink from it after I changes the gel ink with subli.i have put the paper on all the sides but this one from bms has on it the way you have to put I in.i have seen there is a big difference in price between sawgrass and other sublimation ink that's why I have put from the bottles straight on the paper and then in the press to see if it comes on(the very colored mug)and it did.

I would guess you still have gel ink in the system

What method did you use to flush the ink out?

Either not flushed out all gel inks or your cheap inks aren't subli inks. Loads of sellers punting cheap inks now that simply aren't suitable for the Ricohs.

Sawgrass inks and powerdriver and you will get the results you are looking for. What do the original cartridges say on them. Where did you buy the printer from?
Many thanks
Iain

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

First of all a big thank you everybody for everything...I have flushed the cartridges again and printed loads for t shirts witch are beautiful and tried on mugs again, the color it`s not very clear yet but I think the subli ink just starting to kick in although I already ordered the sawgrass ones just to be safe :)).Many thankx to everybody was starting to go crazy!

Quinsfan what do you mean by powerdriver?is that the icc profile?Printer has been bought from an authorised ricoh dealer with original gel ink sawgrass cratridges.

If you go to the Sawgrass website and register your printer with them first. As when you put there inks in to the printer it invalidates the warranty with Ricoh and Sawgrass take it over.
You will also find all the details about the powerdriver, but yes it is an ICC produced for this machine.
Many thanks
