Copyright is certainly a complicated business!

I registered to see what would happen and now I'm getting all the follow up emails. Free fonts as well....really not sure about the copyright on these either.

Paul if I was you I would also have a look at how this "ERK" has acquired your templates, it not a case of shutting the gate after the horse has bolted more a case of any future ones follow.
