I'd welcome any conversation with Sawgrass rather than be ignored. I've spoken to the president before which is possibly why they're ignoring me

Not that it really matters but my personal opinion is I'd rather it wasn't a completely open field, just my opinion

Sawgrass did offer to get onboard with the forum and help customers/members but it never transpired.
