this doesn't work, the black background must be removed..

spoken to both.. You're right.. Seems it's just the wrong logo for vinyl full stop. Embroidery on this one is the probably the way forward. It's been interesting to see that no one has come up with any solution we'd not already tried..

I don't do any transfer printing in house but is there not a clear transfer that can be printed so there would be no weeding at all.

We can't print in white ink. It would be a dream to print into something that just transferred the ink and not the vinyl. In my head this is what I am imagining is out there somewhere! You can get white ink for the bn20 but it's only suitable for signage printing and not for use on clothing apparently.. (Which I don't understand...)

this is for light fabric.. And still needs weeding as the vinyl is transferred. We have something like this but not tried it yet, not had one order where the client wants a light fabric. It's dark dark dark...

White vinyl for the Raid and the clear printed vinyl through the BN 20 for the diver and globe

You just don't cut all the small parts just cut around the outside of the whole diver and globe image as it is clear vinyl and so small you should not notice it to much.
