this doesn't work, the black background must be removed..jools;110329 wrote:I would print the blue and black of the globe on the BN20 along with the white and orange then have a single cut line around the globe/diver's arm. No little blue bits lost.
How would you print this?

Re: How would you print this?
spoken to both.. You're right.. Seems it's just the wrong logo for vinyl full stop. Embroidery on this one is the probably the way forward. It's been interesting to see that no one has come up with any solution we'd not already tried..calvinabc;110343 wrote:get intouch with magic touch or xpres or someone like that. or grafityp. they sell it all and should help you. your probably need both systems. which is the same dilemma we have been faced. there is not a one system fits all. i would embroider it. #justsaying.
Re: How would you print this?
I don't do any transfer printing in house but is there not a clear transfer that can be printed so there would be no weeding at all.

We can't print in white ink. It would be a dream to print into something that just transferred the ink and not the vinyl. In my head this is what I am imagining is out there somewhere! You can get white ink for the bn20 but it's only suitable for signage printing and not for use on clothing apparently.. (Which I don't understand...)

this is for light fabric.. And still needs weeding as the vinyl is transferred. We have something like this but not tried it yet, not had one order where the client wants a light fabric. It's dark dark dark...
Re: How would you print this?

Re: How would you print this?
You just don't cut all the small parts just cut around the outside of the whole diver and globe image as it is clear vinyl and so small you should not notice it to much.
