We have used Chongsta for a few years now - his stickers stay on through the dishwasher, the ink eventually washes off, but the stickers stay on!

None that I know of
Nik Grey from down my way did look at trying to sublimate on the base of mugs, but they are now coated differently meaning they sit on their base these days.
For more information about this you could try a search on this forum and there will be a thread about it.

I put stickers on the base for a while, but was concerned that the glue would eventually fail in the heat of the dishwasher; perhaps come off, clog a filter and flood the place. Although a lot of glasses do have stickered bar codes on the bottom and can be a nightmare to peel off...perhaps something removable?

Chongsta's labels ear easily removable with a finger nail if the customer wants to.
We've had no complaints after a few years of using them, and I don't know how many 1000s of mugs
