Hi
I 'cook' my mugs at 230-330 for 40 secs and it seems to make it perfect. i tried lower temps and longer time but the i hardly get an image at all. My press is a swing one with no manufacture name on.

I have been buying my mugs from signzworld. 10oz large handled ones. Hope this helps. I've had 2 boxes of 36 and they have been great.

I agree Justin. I have tried most of the mugs out there but for sheer consistency of quality and printing clarity I recommend the Xpres 10oz
