dullish box problems??

Seeing what you are trying to print would help. Are you trying to print a logo but it has this grey box around it? Does the grey show on your screen before printing.

Have you tried right clicking on the image in your browser and saving the image first; and then inserting into your application?

perhaps the people who actually own the images - don't want them just dragged from the net to be used by someone else ??
