thanks Mandy, we have a wood burner here, and although it means more sweeping, we burn a lot of pallets, which we get for free, heating will be on a lot at my parents, so the 140 mile round trip should be worth a warm up, plus i can have the heating on in the car :biggrin: last year in the winter, i did deliveries for yodel which bought the money in - and killed my car, this year i cannot do them, as my first commitment is to my mum and dad, so ebay, car boot sales (for our house junk) and our summer "put away" funds will see us through.

How was your Cornish year ?

Super busy summer Laura doing the usual, which probably like you it carries me for the winter. My mum but me a new set up last year which we thought would be perfect but had nothing but trouble with it which was infuriating. I think dad has had enough of the weekend trips away now and would prefer to concentrate on his own side of things. Plus its all super heavy and a crazy amount of stock (money just sitting around) In fact I think dad would like me to sell up and go in with him.
Nice to see you still have your wit Laura with all that is going on, your posts often make me giggle. Mind you if you didn't have yer sense of humor you'd probably go round the bend hey.
How's the website doing? Thankfully mines picking up with the Christmas shoppers. Other than that it just sort of plods along, bit like me i suppose

website is ok, plodding along as you say, would like it to do a bit more, but only in the months we are not off out like you in the summer

Yeah it's a toughie that one hey, i'd love it to do more but when you're on the road it's difficult to cope with both, no doubt like you neither on their own is enough to earn a decent living. One day....
