what is that to the right of the cats face on the t shirt ? looks like a fold or something ??

Did you make the image your self? Is the black in the image transparent or is your printer printing black on black?

No, I didn't make the image and yes, it's on a black background. The printer doesn't print black when you 'tell' the RIP software that you're printing on a black shirt.

Ive put a yellow circle round the bit that just looked odd to me, but it might be where its folded around the mannequin ??

I just took a look at the original artwork and the part you hi-lited is more or less the same! Add to that the RIP process and my ability as a photographer (NOT) ...... In other words, it wasn't a fold

Just the slightest challenge
After I'd sent the previous post I looked again at the photo and believe there is a fold at the point you hilighted. I'll have to load it into PS and brighten it up for more clarity.
