Very hard the to go direct with Unisub. Tried it before as we were taking large quantities of coasters but went around in circles. Xpres pricing is quite good though.

I must admit, I haven't found better than BMS European and it goes a long way when a supplier will give 12 guarantee. I realise that a customer is hardly going to head back to the gift shop 12 months after buying but it installs confidence in us, the printers, that the mug is excellent quality. Dino sounds interesting and I must admit with prices getting even more squeezed then we are looking for a cheaper mug option for some customers. Is dino Xpres or Coral? Also, why doesn't anyone else do RN coated? Olly

sorry to update a old thread, but i use to use BMS for all my supplies (the last 2 times i dipped my to in to Dye sub) but now with a REAL business, i only use http://www.novachrome.co.uk
http://www.novachrome.co.uk/unisub-coas ... are-1.html

cheaper items + the min postage that was killing my profit before now is a lot less with these very nice people.

£15.95+vat with Xpres. Premium Members get them at the lowest price break regardless of quantity.

Yes Justin is right BUT always talk with BMS (PM Martin) as their service is second to none and he may just price match Xpres if you ask nicely and buy lots :-)

Now you see, this is where I take exception. If the supplier can match then why don't they in the first place? Surely they'd get more business?? You shouldn't need to call and most folk wouldn't have the time. Many suppliers will do this if it's worth their while but I wouldn't want to play them off against each other for a few £.

Sorry Justin but I don't agree. Business is based on more than the lowest price. I could get my hair cut for £5 but I don't and pay a little more for quality service. Our prices are quite competitive but I'm sure other people can beat them but we provide superior service and time and that costs money. If a regular client asks if we can lower our price then indeed, for THAT client, we may but not for everyone. So in this instance it's the same. Although I'm sure the buying power of Xpres is probably bigger than most other suppliers hence cheaper prices. Don't get me wrong, we buy A LOT from Xpres but we buy A LOT from BMS who lets say, provide an equal price based on our buying power :-)

I didn't say it was all about price, it isn't. It's all about getting the best deal with the best company for you, couldn't agree more. I merely stated that the on screen price of Xpres was cheaper than the on-screen price of Novachrome.
